Terms of Service

By using the Huelva Skyrise website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Huelva Skyrise provides web design, e-commerce development, SEO, UX/UI design, maintenance and consulting services. All services are subject to a written or electronic agreement confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• A deposit (typically 30% of the project total) is required to confirm your booking and reserve your project slot.
• The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Scope

All project scopes are agreed before work begins. Any additional features or pages requested after the project has started may be subject to additional charges. We will always notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

4. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or third-party services are not the responsibility of Huelva Skyrise. We will keep you updated throughout the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate content, branding materials and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensuring that any content supplied does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed review period

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final website and its custom design. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

Huelva Skyrise's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or third-party service failures (e.g. hosting downtime, payment processor outages).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
