This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit huelvaskyrise.com, ask us for a quote or buy one of our services, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.

We are a small company and have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For any privacy question or request, write to info@huelvaskyrise.com.
2. What data we collect
- Quote form: name, email, phone, company, website, the type of project and the description you write.
- Purchases: name, email, phone, company, project brief and the services you buy. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, processed by Cloudflare to deliver the website securely and to block bots and spam.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track you across other websites and we do not make automated decisions or profiles about you.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

The fields marked with * in our forms are needed to answer you; without them we cannot prepare a quote or provide the service. We will only send you newsletters or marketing emails if you have expressly agreed to receive them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We only use these service providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, security, Turnstile anti-spam check, and storage of quote and order records (privacy policy).
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: card payments (privacy policy).
- Resend: sending order and quote confirmation emails (privacy policy).
- Zoho Corporation: our business email inbox (info@huelvaskyrise.com) (privacy policy).
We may also share data with our accountants, or with public authorities when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46).
6. Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam)
Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being filled in by a person and not a bot. Turnstile looks at technical signals such as your IP address, browser and how the page is used. It does not show ads or track you across websites. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting our forms (Art. 6(1)(f)).
7. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customers: for the duration of the contract and then 6 years, as Irish tax and company law requires for accounting records.
- Emails: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and no longer than the periods above.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@huelvaskyrise.com; we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or to the data protection authority of your own country (in Spain, the AEPD).

We only use cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the website to work. See our Cookie Policy.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date.

Esta política explica cómo recogemos, usamos y protegemos tus datos personales cuando visitas huelvaskyrise.com, nos pides un presupuesto o compras uno de nuestros servicios, conforme al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos de la UE (RGPD) y a la normativa irlandesa de protección de datos (Data Protection Acts 1988–2018).

2. Qué datos recogemos
- Formulario de presupuesto: nombre, email, teléfono, empresa, web, tipo de proyecto y la descripción que escribas.
- Compras: nombre, email, teléfono, empresa, descripción del proyecto y los servicios que compras. Los pagos con tarjeta los gestiona íntegramente Stripe; nunca vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
- Emails que nos envías: lo que incluyas en tu mensaje.
- Datos técnicos: dirección IP y datos del navegador y del dispositivo, que trata Cloudflare para servir la web de forma segura y bloquear bots y spam.
No usamos cookies de publicidad ni de analítica, no te seguimos por otras webs y no tomamos decisiones automatizadas ni elaboramos perfiles sobre ti.

Los campos marcados con * en los formularios son necesarios para responderte; sin ellos no podemos preparar un presupuesto ni prestar el servicio. Solo te enviaremos newsletters o emails comerciales si nos has dado tu consentimiento expreso.
4. Con quién los compartimos
No vendemos tus datos ni los cedemos con fines comerciales. Solo usamos estos proveedores, que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra con contratos de encargo de tratamiento:
También podemos compartir datos con nuestros contables o con las autoridades públicas cuando la ley lo exija.
5. Transferencias fuera de la UE
Algunos de estos proveedores están en Estados Unidos o usan servidores allí. Estas transferencias están protegidas por el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. cuando el proveedor está adherido, o si no por las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea (art. 46 RGPD).
6. Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam)
El formulario de presupuesto usa Cloudflare Turnstile para comprobar que lo rellena una persona y no un bot. Turnstile analiza señales técnicas como tu IP, tu navegador y cómo se usa la página. No muestra publicidad ni te sigue por otras webs. Base legal: interés legítimo en proteger nuestros formularios (art. 6.1.f).
7. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
- Solicitudes de presupuesto que no acaban en contrato: hasta 12 meses; después se borran.
- Clientes: mientras dure el contrato y 6 años más, como exige la normativa fiscal y mercantil irlandesa para la contabilidad.
- Emails: el tiempo necesario para atender tu consulta, sin superar los plazos anteriores.
8. Tus derechos
Tienes derecho a acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos o suprimirlos, limitar u oponerte a su tratamiento y recibirlos en un formato portable. Cuando el tratamiento se base en tu consentimiento, puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento. Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos, escribe a info@huelvaskyrise.com; te responderemos en un plazo de un mes.
También puedes reclamar ante la Data Protection Commission de Irlanda o ante la autoridad de protección de datos de tu país (en España, la AEPD).
